LE HAVRE SAUVAGE : Cottage on the banks of the Agoût, in the heart of the Sidobre Treat yourself to a real timeless interlude at Le Havre Sauvage, a warm 38 m² cottage located in the outbuilding of an old water mill with character. Here, at the bottom of a preserved valley of the Tarn, the terrace overlooks the river (direct access): in the morning, have your breakfast in front of nature; in the evening, let yourself be lulled by the murmur of the Agoût and admire the starry sky. Here, you don't suffer from the heatwave: the river brings us a pleasant coolness during the day, and drops the temperature in the evening, allowing a restful sleep, even in summer! Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, this cocoon on two levels comfortably accommodates 2 to 5 people. It includes a convivial living room with open kitchen where nothing is missing, dining area and living room with 160 x 200 cm convertible BZ, a shower room, separate toilets, as well as a mezzanine bedroom, accessible by the "miller's ladder", equipped with a 160 x 200 cm bed and an individual bed 90x200. Le Havre Sauvage is the ideal address for lovers of calm, fishing, hiking and wide open spaces. You will be staying in the heart of the Sidobre, in the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, close to trails, astonishing granite landscapes and the Lake of Record. The Agoût, a first-class river, borders the property: a dream setting to tease trout, walk or simply recharge your batteries. The assets that make the difference: * Private terrace overlooking the river, with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor dining area. * An old living mill, steeped in more than 800 years of history, whose guided tour is offered to you during your stay. * Immediate nature and privacy: forest, river, birdsong, swimming or relaxing by the water depending on the season. * Privileged starting point for hiking, mountain biking and discoveries of the Sidobre. * Well equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, percolator, toaster and quality crockery. The extras: + Main bed linen included, baby cot available on request and pets allowed by prior arrangement. + On-site parking and shared washing machine nearby. + Possibility of renting the extension of this cottage to stay in tribe, up to 8 people depending on configuration. Whether you come as a couple to disconnect, with your family to discover a generous nature or with friends to fish and hike, Le Havre Sauvage lives up to its name: an authentic, comfortable and profoundly exotic refuge. Rental from 2 nights from September to June; weekly in July and August (Arrival/departure on Saturdays). End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price. We leave the choice to our travelers to do it themselves or to take the cleaning package 60€. A security deposit of 300€ is to be made on arrival.
