Tableware raclette service on request Outside: Secure swimming pool (heated from May to Sept if the weather is stable around 20 degrees) and a real new spa (rectangular spa) all year round. The pool is shared only when we are present. As a courtesy, we do not go there when guests are using it, in order to preserve their tranquility. We have two cats and a dog. The accommodation is in a semi-underground basement. Cool in summer, and heats up quickly in winter. The bedroom and living room are equipped with reversible heat pump. Infrared radiator in the dining room. Completely renovated at the beginning of 2025 Note, ceiling height: 2 meters We live upstairs, so we are available if needed. Self-check-in possible (key box) Towels and bed linen are provided. Please do not smoke inside Presence of surveillance cameras outside which only film the accesses to the property. (no visual on the pool and jacuzzi and no camera inside) Free street parking.
