The cottage is located in Saint Georges De Didonne, 600 m from the beach and 800 m from the town centre. Semi-detached house of 40 m² on 2 levels, which can accommodate 5 people maximum. On the ground floor: - a kitchen area including fridge/freezer, hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric coffee maker, ironing equipment, ... - Living room with TV, sofa bed (possibility of sleeping 2 people). - Bathroom with shower, and toilet - Storage space On the upper floor (Japanese step staircase) with safety gate for young children: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - 1 other bedroom with 1 bed (90 x 190 cm) and a trundle bed (2 beds 90 x 190 cm). Outside: A fenced terrace of 20 m2 with garden furniture, 2 deck chairs, gas plancha and electric awning. Private parking space with electric barrier The cottage is non-smoking inside. Pets are allowed with prior agreement with the owners. Rental possible from 2 nights, except in July and August, reservation only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes sheets (beds are made on arrival), bathroom carpet, and kitchen towels, cleaning products are available. Cleaning fee: 35 € Possibility of free loan, cot and mattress on request.
