How much does it cost to list a home?
Listing is free. Localoge takes 5 % commission on the rent, only when a booking is paid. No booking, nothing to pay.
Who collects the guest’s payment?
Payment is processed by Stripe and paid into your bank account after the guest arrives. Localoge never holds your money.
What about the deposit?
It is placed as a hold on the guest’s card before arrival: nothing is charged, the amount is simply blocked. If there is damage, you open a claim from your account.
Does the guest pay fees?
Yes: 3 % in service fees, shown before payment. That is what keeps the host commission at 5 %.
Can I keep my listings on other platforms?
