In a quiet Charente farmhouse, 4 km from Jonzac, we offer a pleasant cottage opening onto a pleasant terrace. This cottage is located in the oldest wing of our Charente farmhouse in cut stone. We renovated it a few years ago, a little atypical, it is the old cheese factory, "yogurt maker" of the farm according to our grandmother. We welcome you with pleasure for your holidays, for a cure or your business trips all year round. Bed linen is provided and included. Electricity, water, heating also included. This cottage is composed on the ground floor: - a living room with a 21 m² equipped and integrated kitchen - TV, washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a 9 m² window, - a bathroom with shower and toilet of 4 m², - a mezzanine space (15 m² for the part where you can stand) with a 140 x 190 double bed and an extra sofa bed for an occasional guest - Velux - a private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, electric plancha. The owners live in another wing of the property. Independent terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Equipment: Free WIFI internet access Television, washing machine, induction hob, fridge freezer, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker. Books and board games are available, and we can make more available adapted to the age of your children. The cottage is in a quiet and wooded environment. Exposure to the rising sun, a very pleasant terrace in summer, you are in a green setting. We are happy to lend toys, books and games for children. The cottage is in a wing of the farm, it is adjoining our house and another cottage. However each one has its garden and its outdoor terrace. We can meet in the courtyard or in the driveway. Everyone is happy to be quiet here!
