It is 150 metres from Robinson Beach in a quiet area. ✅️ Private parking space (numbered). ✅️ Terrace of 15 m² with garden furniture, large parasol, electric barbecue. 👉 There are 4 beds: 2-seater sofa bed, bunk beds in 90. 👉 Blankets, pillows, pillow protectors, set of waterproof mattress pads are at your disposal. ❌️ Towels, sheets, tea towels... etc... ARE NOT PROVIDED. 👉 1 cupboard in the entrance. 👉 The kitchen area is equipped with electric hobs, fridge top, microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, multi-function food processor, crockery, TV, fans... 👉 Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine 5 kg, shelf, drying rack. ⚠️⚠️ READ CAREFULLY⚠️⚠️ 📌 CLEANING: 20€ upon handover of the keys 👉 Annie takes care of cleaning at the end of your stay. 📌 DEPOSIT: 500€ ✅ If your stay starts in + 15 days: the deposit check must be sent to me by post with the rental contract. ✅ If your stay starts in less than 15 days, the deposit check must be given at the handover of the keys to the person who will welcome you on site. 👉 The cheque will not be cashed, and will be returned to you within a maximum of 2 MONTHS after your departure, minus, if applicable, any damage that may be caused to furniture and objects, as well as the loss of keys or objects.
