Description
The cottage is located in a wing of our Charente farmhouse and on our organic vineyard, while being a stone's throw from Jonzac, its thermal baths, Chaîne Thermale du Soleil and the aquatic site Les Antilles de Jonzac. You will be quiet between vineyards and old stones! On the ground floor you will find a very warm living room. A soft sofa, and an equipped kitchen where we have tried not to forget anything. (large oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, pressure cooker, toaster, hairdryer, laundry area with dishwasher and washing machine) Free WIFI internet access. The bedrooms upstairs are sloping, with oak beams (this has a lot of charm though). There is a double bed 160 x 200 in one bedroom. A double bed in 140 x 200 and a single bed 90 x 190 in the other bedroom. The total surface area of the cottage is about 70m2, It is perfectly suitable for up to 4 or 5 people. Bed linen is provided and included. The library is well stocked with comics and novels for all ages, documents on the region. Our children's toys and books will be at your disposal, just let us know the ages and tastes of your little ones. You will have at your disposal large garden, a terrace, a barbecue/ plancha next to a large ash tree. Table and garden furniture, outdoor games too. The cottage is in one wing of the farm, it is semi-detached with our house and another cottage which is in another wing. However each one has its garden and its outdoor terrace. You can meet in the courtyard or in the driveway. Everyone is happy to be quiet here! The property is on our vineyard in organic conversion. Winegrowers and distillers on our family estate, there will always be someone to help you discover our Cognac cellar, our vineyard, the harvest in September/October, the distillation of Cognac from November to the beginning of February and our summer activities. The Petite Barrière is not fenced and the house is at the end of a driveway, not on the side of the road: the great outdoors are yours!
