Charming and welcoming villa (not semi-detached) in a residential area of Cers in the Hérault, 10 minutes from the beach by car. Access to the sea by bike along the Canal du Midi in 20-25 minutes. The 95m² villa is composed of a large living room and open kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with toilet, 3 bedrooms and separate toilet. It has all the necessary comfort for a very pleasant stay. Featuring a sun terrace, you can relax and cool off around the private pool. Located 5 minutes walk from the center of the Village and all amenities. Cers is a town of 200 inhabitants on the banks of the Canal du Midi and next to Portiragnes Plage, Sérignan Plage, family seaside resorts with its beaches, restaurants, shops, markets, arenas, free parking and entertainment. Ideal setting for cycling or walking around the nature reserve where various species of birds, flamingos, horses and bulls rub shoulders for nature lovers. Excellent access to many tourist sites such as the city of Béziers (see the locks), Cap d'Agde, Pézenas, Sète, Montpellier, and about an hour from the Spanish border. The hinterland is very picturesque with its rivers, lakes and mid-mountains for wonderful hikes. Finally, you can also discover typical villages and the famous vineyards of the Languedoc for epicurean excursions. Come and spend a pleasant holiday near the Mediterranean Sea! A few rules to follow: Priority is given to family holidays or couples, no groups of 6 adults. The villa must be left clean. The equipment also (cleaning the fridge, barbecue, etc.). Please also respect the place, parties are not allowed. The pool can be heated in May and September (not possible from October to April). A shower must be taken before entering the pool so as not to saturate it (sunscreen ...). Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are optional on request.
