The Cabin of Dreams : A nest for two, perched above the river At the highest level of the Moulin de Record, La Cabane des Rêves is a studio-gîte all in wood, light and character, designed for couples looking for privacy and disconnection. Here, no vis-à-vis, no noise... just the river below, the forest around, and a panorama that changes as the hours go by. This small cocoon of 35 m², carefully furnished in the spirit of a chalet, accommodates 1 to 2 adults (ADULTS ONLY). The alcove, accessible by a few steps, houses a comfortable bed in 160 x 200 cm, while the living room offers a lounge area and a fully equipped open kitchen where nothing is missing. The bathroom and toilets are separate. The private terrace, with a view of the forest in front and the river below, is a real asset of the cottage: breakfast in the sun, aperitifs facing the water, star evenings... This is where time seems to stop. Why you'll love this cottage Authentic chalet atmosphere, neat decoration and original layout that create a unique atmosphere. Stunning views of the river from the terrace, with table, chairs, sunbeds, umbrella and barbecue. Summer microclimate: thanks to the river and the altitude (460 m), it is naturally 6 to 8 °C lower than in Brassac or Castres, even during a heat wave. The nights remain cool and pleasant. Direct access to the river for natural swims, moments of freshness or simply listening to the water flow. Full kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, food processor, multi-support percolator, kettle, crockery for two. Free WIFI and on-site parking. Guided tour of the mill offered during your stay, to discover the history of this seigniorial mill and how it works. Who is this cottage for? The Dream Cabin is designed for up to two adults exclusively. It is not suitable for children or babies (alcove bed, high terrace) and pets are not allowed, in order to preserve a healthy environment for allergy sufferers. For stays with family or with animals, other cottages of the Moulin de Record are available. An exceptional setting in the Sidobre Located between Castres and Lacaune, a few minutes from Brassac and Ferrières, the Moulin de Record is nestled at the bottom of a wild and green valley, on the banks of the Agoût, a first-class river. On site: trout fishing (from March to September), walks, mountain biking, discovery of the heritage and nature of the Sidobre. Far from the excavations, far from the noise, you are at home, for a weekend or a week. La Cabane des Rêves is the ideal address for a romantic, calm and rejuvenating stay, where you come to meet up with your partner, far from the world. IMPORTANT: * In July and August, rentals are exclusively for the week from Saturday to Saturday, i.e. a minimum of 7 nights. * This accommodation is NON-SMOKING and pets are not allowed (our other cottages welcome our four-legged friends!) * ADULTS ONLY * End-of-stay cleaning is not included. The cleaning package is optional, if you don't want to take care of it yourself * On arrival, the security deposit of 300€ by credit card imprint is required to collect the keys and have access to the accommodation.
