You will discover Baugé in Anjou, classified as a small town of character with a remarkable heritage, and Anjou, a fascinating region with the Loire and its tributaries, its castles that invite you to the heart of the history of France, its vineyards, its gastronomy, its traditions and all its summer activities. Come and taste the "sweetness of Anjou". You will stay in a traditional Anjou house built of tufa stone, and topped with a slate roof. The house is quietly located, near the 11th century church, classified as a historical monument, and its priory, which has become the owners' residence. The recently renovated house combines the charm of the old with comfort and modernity. You will find all the necessary equipment and accessories for a pleasant stay, you will feel at home from the first evening! The accommodation The Maison du Prieuré de Bocé of 75 m² and with a capacity of up to 6 people, has an independent entrance with storage and sanitary facilities equipped with a washbasin, a beautiful living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a pleasant living room with television and DVD player, and direct access to the large shaded terrace. The first floor consists of a relaxation/office area with library, 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a double bed of 140 x 190 with the possibility of an additional bed - bedroom 2 with a double bed of 140 x 190 equipped with a bathroom - bedroom 3 with two single bunk beds of 90 x 190), a bathroom with double sink, shower and toilets, and equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. You will enjoy a large private shaded terrace with garden furniture, table, armchairs, parasol and barbecue, and you will have access to the owners' heated swimming pool, open from May 15 to September 15, from 10 am to 11:30 am and from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The following are included: - High-speed fiber/Wi-Fi - TV with DVD/DVD player and games - Free parking on the Place du Prieuré in front of the house - Bed linen with beds made for arrival - Baby equipment on request at the time of booking (cot, high chair/deckchair) - Water, heating and electricity within the limit of an eco-responsible consumption of 10 kwh/night. The following are not included: - Towels and bath towels, provided on request on arrival with an extra charge of 12€/person - Electricity overconsumption above 10 kwh/night billed according to the EDF blue tariff. - End-of-stay cleaning, on request end-of-stay cleaning service for an amount of €110.00.
