Ideal for a little cocooning break for 2 or with family, the property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, private entrance on the ground floor, small shared garden and free wifi! Check-in is from 4 pm and before 8 pm. Household linen and cleaning are not included in the rental price. But you can choose one of our packages on site. Here are our provider's rates: - Single bed kit: €20, including 1 set of bed linen, 1 bath towel and 1 tea towel. - Double bed kit: €30, including 1 set of bed linen, 2 towels and 1 tea towel. - Cleaning of the apartment on departure: €80 All shops are accessible on foot. Sheets, towels, cleaning not included. Available at extra cost on request. Ground floor: Private entrance with staircase leading to the first floor. 1st floor: Cloakroom, storage room, separate toilet, kitchen, living room and dining room. 2nd floor: Two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub and washing machine. The sleeping arrangements are flexible in order to suit all travellers: - the property has a travel cot (120x60) that can be placed anywhere in the apartment. - Two single beds of 80x200 that can be put together to form a queen size bed of 160x200 are available in the first bedroom. - A raised child's bed of 70x160, also in the first bedroom. - A 140x200 bed in the second bedroom. - A folding extra mattress is also available and can be placed anywhere in the apartment (80x200). - Finally, the sofa is a sofa bed (140x200)!
